There are four distinct roles within the hints system:

1. Super Admin:
The Super Admin possesses the highest level of access within hints. They have visibility into all aspects of the system and have the authority to modify any setting. Additionally, only a Super Admin can designate another Super Admin. Furthermore, the Super Admin is exclusively granted access to the billing & payment area.
For each instance at least one active user needs to be defined as Super Admin.

2. Admin:
Admins share similar privileges with Super Admins, with the exception of the ability to designate another Super Admin and view the billing & payment area.

3. Inbox Owner:
Inbox Owners are limited in their access compared to Super Admins and Admins. They are restricted to the definition of new inboxes, but cannot administrate users or billing & payments. While they can create and edit inboxes, they also do not have visibility into the dashboard or reporting functionalities.

4. User:
Users is the lowest access level within hints until they are assigned to an inbox. Users can be designated as either an inbox user or an inbox viewer. As viewers, they lack the authority to make edits within the inbox, such as altering the status of an issue. Conversely, an inbox user can actively engage with tasks, reminders, and issues within the assigned inbox.

Super Admin and Admin users generally can see all inboxes, independently whether they are assigned to them as user or not.
