As soon as the first submission lands in hints you might be wondering: And what now?

The process after the whistleblower has reported misconduct or any other inappropriate behaviour, is called case management.

The case management mainly consists of tasks and reminders. If you need a overview what tasks and reminders are, check out this article first.

Let's start from scratch:

1. Navigate to "submission channels" in your sidebar and you will find all the channels you have created yet. The overview could look like this:

2. After clicking on the submission channel you want to manage issues for right now, you will see a kanban board with all issues in this channel. As the kanban view is the default, you can also view your issues in a list view. Find out more about the submission channel views here.

3. Those views of the submission channel are center of your case management. The issues go trough 4 different stages: New, Pending, Resolved and Declined.

If you want to know more about issues and their status you should check out this article.

4. To make the handling of issues efficient, you can add tasks and reminders to an issue. To add a task to an issue, simply click on the "+ Task" button on the issue.

5. A pop-up window will open, that lets you set all the details.

After this, you can set different reminders for the task.
