You can add regular workspace members unlimitedly, for example, to assign them to a task. The limitations for admin users depend on the subscription you have chosen.

However, you should keep the number of admin users for your whistleblowing system as low as possible, as every responsible individual should be trained in handling the reports. And ultimately, the issues may involve highly confidential data, which is why admin users should not be added rashly.

Those are the limitations for admin users:

- Basic Plan: 1 admin user

- Professional Plan: 3 admin users

- Premium Plan: Unlimited admin users

 

Where to manage your users

Navigate to "Configuration" in your sidebar, then choose the tab "Users".

Here you find a list of your workspace users, including their role. You can add a new user via the "Add" button in the top right corner or choose one of the actions in the "Action" column.
