As detailed in our article, "Understanding hints Roles", there exist four distinct roles within the hints system. If you haven't had the opportunity to review this article, we highly recommend doing so before proceeding.

Regarding access to submission channels, the Super Admin, Admin, and Submission Channel Owner possess comprehensive access to all submission channels created within hints. They are empowered to edit submission channels and effectively manage all associated issues, tasks, and reminders.

On the other hand, Users, classified as either Submission Channel Viewers or Submission Channel Users, do not enjoy unrestricted access to all submission pages by default. They must be formally invited to a specific submission channel to gain access.

Submission Channel Viewers, while granted visibility into the contents of a submission channel, lack the authorization to modify its contents, such as altering issue statuses. Conversely, a Submission Channel User is actively engaged within the assigned submissio channel, with the capability to interact with tasks, reminders, and issues, albeit within the confines of that particular submission channel's permissions.
