The dashboard is the place where you land first after logging into hints.

It serves as an overview and helps you keep an eye on what's happening.

There are for defined cards in the dashboard:

1. Notifications

This card lists all notifications accessible to you, based on your role. Notifications may include:

  • new submission
  • status changes of tasks or issues
  • newly created submission channels

You can sort the notifications after read and unread. Per default it is set to unread. You can change this view via the toggle located in the top right corner of the card.

After signing up for hints, we turn all notifications on for you. If you want to turn certain notifications off or only want to receive them in the App instead of via email, you can do so in your personal settings (by clicking on your avatar in the top right and selecting "Notifications" in the pop-up menu).

 

2. Open tasks

The card in the top right displays all open tasks. Admins and super admins can view all tasks, while inbox owners can only see those they have access to. By clicking on the arrow located in the top right corner of the card you will be directed to all your tasks.

3. Open submissions

The third card shows all open submissions. Admins and super admins can see all submissions here, inbox owners only the ones they have access to. By clicking on the arrow located in the top right corner of the card you will be directed to your submission channels.

4. Standard report: Issues per day

This standard report displays the number of issues submitted each day, with different submission channels represented by various colors. Admins and super admins can view all issues, while inbox owners can only see issues from their specific submission channels.
