The Whistleblower EU Directive, as well as current laws in Germany, requires companies not only to have a whistleblower system in place but also to comply with certain regulations, including specific time frames for taking action.

One of these regulations is the requirement for a notice of follow-up measures within 90 days.
Of course, we cannot control whether you actually implement measures, but we can provide a system that makes it as easy as possible for you to manage issues.

How we support follow-up measures with hints:

  1. Once a submission is made, the issue is directed to the appropriate inbox.
  2. Upon issue creation, you can create a task for the notice of follow-up measures with a deadline of 3 months.
  3. The reminder set will help ensure that you do not forget about the task.
