When enrolling in a trial for hints, you'll be asked to select a plan to test during your 14-day free trial period. This article addresses commonly asked questions about our trial plan.
What is the duration of the trial?
The trial period lasts for 14 days. You can monitor the remaining days in the admin section of your account under the billing area. To access it, click on "Configuration" in your sidebar.
Then select "Subscription Management". You will see the subscription you are currently on, including the date of renewal (day the trial is ending) in the "Renewal on" column.
On which plan is the trial based?
The free trial is based on the plan you have selected to test. During the trial period you can up- or downgrade any time and test another plan.
