The role & permission system in hints is easy:
Admins and super admins can see all inboxes and therefore all issues, tasks and reminders.
Inbox owners only have access to the inboxes they are assigned to.
If as a user, you lack permissions to an inbox, ask your super admin to set you as either inbox owner or inbox viewer for the submission channel you need access to.
