As a hints admin, efficiently managing users including their permissions on your account is vital to keep it organized and secure.

To access the user management section, choose "Configuration" in the sidebar. Then click on "Users" in the top bar.

In the user list, select the member you want to edit by clicking on the pencil icon located in the right column of the list view.

A pop-up window will open where you are able to view and change all user details, including the role.

Please be aware that if an Admin is changed to a normal user, they will lose access to inboxes, issues, and tasks unless they are assigned to the inbox. 

To make sure the tasks and issues don't get unassigned, assign the user to the inbox first.
