Once a submission is made, you (as an inbox owner, admin, or super admin) can view it under the "new" column in the submission channel view.

Additionally, you will receive a notification (both in the hints app and via email, unless disabled) alerting you to the new issue. To stay updated on your notifications, the best resource is your personal dashboard. Here, within the notifications card, you can review any notifications you may have missed.
